Consulting (R700–R800/hr) is strategic audits, advisory, executive alignment sessions, and insight-led recommendations. Ideal when you need senior direction without a full-time hire. Minimum 15 days. Monthly Retainer (R30,000+/month) gives you priority access to my expertise on an ongoing basis 40 hours per month, flexible scope, minimum 3-month commitment.
